Job Description
– Responsible for the overall organization, management of personnel, technical aspects, safety, quality, schedule, and cost of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, BMS, etc.) system construction at the project site, ensuring the construction, completion, and handover of the project to the client are safe, of high quality, on schedule, and highly efficient.

– Proactively understand the details of the project (contract, scope, technical requirements, drawings, etc.) to ensure full preparation of conditions and procedures before construction.

– Proactively plan, propose, report, and implement the construction project according to the construction plan approved by the Board of Directors.

– Manage personnel (Chief Engineer, Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, Warehouse Keepers, etc.) flexibly and optimally to ensure the project operates most effectively.

– Manage, supervise, and guide contractors, teams, and workers in coordination with all parties (Consultants, Construction Contractors, and other contractors) to implement work to meet the safety, schedule, and quality requirements of the project.

– Proactively interact, connect, and coordinate closely with all parties (Client, Consultant, and other contractors) to implement and complete work most effectively.

– Proactively report and propose solutions to the Project Director in charge of construction regarding difficulties, obstacles, and unusual incidents during the project construction process to ensure safe, on-schedule, high-quality, and efficient construction.

– Complete and hand over projects for operation on schedule, with quality and safety.

Job Requirements

– Health: Good (Suitable for the Project Manager position)

– Graduated from a reputable university with a degree in engineering (Electrical, HVAC, Water Supply and Drainage, Mechanical, Fire Protection, etc.)

– Possess strong professional knowledge and in-depth understanding of at least one specialization (Electrical, HVAC, Water Supply and Drainage, Mechanical, Fire Protection), and a general understanding of MEP and fire protection systems.

– Familiar with Vietnamese and international technical standards for MEP and fire protection systems.

– Have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in MEP construction work in large-scale projects or projects with high technical, quality, and safety standards.
