Job Description
Construction Implementation Work

– Develop construction methods and supervise construction site work.

– Implement construction drawings for Water Supply & Drainage, Electrical, Air Conditioning, and Fire Protection systems according to assigned tasks.

– Control material quantities, procurement, and distribution management.

– Prepare acceptance, payment, and completion documents.

– Be responsible for the quality, quantity, and progress of assigned work.

Candidate Requirements
– Male, College/University graduate or higher in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering: Water Supply & Drainage, Electrical, Air Conditioning, and Fire Protection, etc.

– Preference given to candidates with the ability to design or manage the construction of mechanical & electrical systems in factories, industrial buildings, and other buildings.

– At least 1 year of experience required.

– Preference given to candidates fluent in English or Chinese. Training will be provided for those without foreign language skills.

– Enthusiastic, hardworking, and responsible in assigned tasks.

– Willing to travel for business trips and overseas (Arab countries, Taiwan, etc.) when required.
